Veggie-packed meatless recipes.

Juicy, filling, saucy chicken recipes.

And of course, just old favorite recipes that pack flavor and texture with fish, pork, cheese, beans, veggies, and everything yummy in between.

Have I already mentioned how much I love this food? If I took all my favorite recipes ranging from 200-400 calories with the best flavors, colors, and textures, and put them together into an eCookbook, this would be it. Errm I mean this IS it. Huzzah!

Everyday Healthy eCookbook and Meal Planning System | pinchofyum.com

See, I am not the kind of person to get all crafty, but I went ahead and got all crafty to make Everyday Healthy really zingy. And by crafty, I mean buying a few things online, cutting some magnets, and BAM. Getting shnazzy with my meal-planning self.

But truly, I want this to be an awesome thing that’s both pretty and practical. And I’m so excited about this meal planning resource. You guys. Lists for days. Everyday Healthy eCookbook and Meal Planning System | pinchofyum.com

Magnet labels. Color coding. Mmmk yeah. I’m not even sure who I am anymore. But good news, team. If I, with very little love for anything taking more than 3 minutes, could make this color-magic happen? That is a good sign for pretty much the whole world.

  1. So awesome!!! Love anything that helps people eat healthier!! Congrats!

  2. I can’t believe these recipes in your book are between 200-400 calories and that’s it. I mean, you can’t eat anything for that these days!

When you look at the calories in restaurant food, bleh, I think I’ll just pass out.

But teachers, I just think we gravitate toward craftiness, even if we don’t mean too =)

I just have to make a chart saying “Bee Good” or “Bee Helpful” with pictures of bees of course.

  3. Yay! So exciting! This package really does look magical. And crazy helpful for pre-wedding pound dropping. I can’t wait to give it all a whirl!

  4. Congratulations on another amazing book launch!! I received the E-mail early this morning and can’t wait to get home to try a few of these recipes out!! Also, my Fiance is REALLY looking forward the meal planner/tracker!! I think this is going to be much more helpful than our current, awkward lists we make in our phones….

    Thanks again for the presale!
    A.J.

  5. Hi Lindsay, just wanted to let you know that I LOVE you new cookbook! I’ve only just downloaded it and browsed through it a bit, but the recipes (and photos!) look amazing! Can’t wait to try the ‘Camarones a la Diabla’ and the ‘One Pot Penne Pasta’, but really every recipe looks delicious!

Oh, and the meal planning guide is a lifesaver! I’ve always hated coming up with six or seven different recipes 5 seconds before I want to go out to buy groceries… :)

    • This makes me so so happy! Those camarones a la diabla are SPICY like whoa and I loved them so much! They go really well with the chipotle black beans and rice in the meatless section! :) Enjoy!

  6. Congrats! The pictures and food looks really good.

  7. How exciting! Great way to start the week. As usual, the photography looks stunning.

  8. I am always amazed at the amount of hard work you guys do Lindsay!! Congo girl!

  9. Wow all of those dishes look amazing! I think I might have to try this out. :)

  10. I have discovered something about myself since coming upon your website: cooking isn’t merely to survive…it’s to enjoy! My family stare at me in the kitchen, scratching their heads like I’m about to create the (second) bride of Frankenstein. Just the other evening, I was preparing my staple garlic spaghetti…Aglio e Olio, only this time. I added fresh basil and lemon zest. It was to die for! My family scarfed it down. Thank you for helping the foodie in me come out to play. I can’t wait to try your new cookbook. Also, your photos are amazing. Thanks, Lindsay and best wishes!

    • That makes me so happy! Thanks Mary – I am excited for you to try the recipes as well! There’s a meal planning worksheet called “Recipe Inspiration” in the package that sounds like a perfect fit for you – the idea is that it helps you inspire your own versions of the recipes. :) You’ll have to check that out!

  11. Congratulations! Healthy eating is not hard, and you have proven that. I’m going to try your vegan recipes, and then go ahead and try and turn the others vegan. The meal plan looks interesting, I can’t wait to carve out time to look at it all.

  12. Exciting!! Congrats on making it to launch day.

    • Thank you Emily! Always ends up being more complicated than it seems when we start things like this, but I’m so thankful to be able see it all the way through. :)

  13. It looks beautiful! I’m so excited for summer so I can set up my “meal planning station”. (Can’t do anything the last month of school!)

And I must eat that middle almost bottom salad ASAP! So excited!

  14. The dynamic duo does it again! Seriously, you two are insanely amazing. Congrats on Everyday Healthy!

    • Thanks Christina! there’s a whole team of people you’re not seeing here! I have so appreciated working with both the editor and designer, and of course, my resident tech-boy. ;)

  19. When I purchase the ebook, do I have to choose to open it on my tablet or computer, or do I have access to it in both places?
