Start by searing all your beef. Keep 'em moving and don't overcrowd.
Add all your pieces back to the pot and make magic happen.
Broth, red wine, garlic, worcestershire.... (or you know, however you say that), onions, herbs and (stubborn) tomato paste.
In go the mushrooms, potatoes and salt!
Cooked it all on high pressure for 40 minutes.
Carrots and celery go back in for 10 minutes. (No sad mushy veg here!)
Now make your gravy. IN THE SAME POT.
