SALMON BURGERS

A little spinoff on another SOS-friendly fave of ours with some yummy Asian-inspired flavors. We're putting it on a pre-made Asian chopped salad mix but a bun is ok too. Super easy, flexible, delicious!

Using canned salmon here (so good, promise!). Flake it up and then add in your eggs, lemongrass, soy sauce, panko and other seasoning!

The mixture is always a little bit different depending on how well-drained the salmon is, so feel free to add panko/egg as needed until it sticks together.

Put a little oil in your pan and give them a few minutes on each side to get nice and golden crispy.

salad mix & spicy mayo

Could do a bun, but we love these on top of a store-bought salad mix. Then whip up some spicy mayo (sriracha + mayo) for a perfect little topping!

Could not be easier! Scoop of salad on each plate, crispy little salmon burger, a drizzle of spicy mayo and a sprinkle of cilantro. Yum!
