SPINACH & ARTICHOKE PIZZA
We're doing our best homage to a Papa Murphy's fave. But still keeping it *as easy as a take & bake sitch.
Easy, cheesy, vegetarian, yum.
Here are all the things! We didn't make any of them!
Some days "sauce" means spreadable cheese please and thank you.
Just marinated grilled artichokes. We pulled off the ends so we could kinda fan them out.
And then a nice sprinkling of fresh spinach leaves.
We found in testing that we loved the little pockets of creaminess, so we dolloped a bit more of that garlic herb cheese on top!
Some scoops of sun-dried tomato pesto to round it out. This is super yummy but you could use whatever tomato-y thing you have.
And then of course what pizza would be complete without (more) cheese.
Sure, why not round out the cheese party.
*BONUS VARIATION ALERT* Here's a dairy-free option we tested with dairy-free alfredo sauce and nondairy cheese.
We used bruschetta tomatoes since the pesto has dairy. Also yum!
