STIR FRIED UDON
This one is inspired by a dish from our favorite takeout sushi place here in Roseville, MN (Kyoto Sushi).
Using some pre-cooked, vacuum-sealed udon noodles, we're gonna bust right through this one, SOS style.
Shake up some dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar and brown sugar right in a jar.
Udon noodles right out of package into the pan and then your sauce can go right on top. Slowly break apart the noodles in the sauce. And if you let them sit long enough, you get some super yummy caramelization.

We're just using a bag of frozen stir fry veggies. Add a little extra sauce and toss it all up! If you want smaller bite-sizey veg, we like to use a scissors to just snip them up!
garlic & black pepper
Grate in a clove a garlic right into the pan and a ton of black pepper! This flavor combo is amazing.
The fresh garlic, the black pepper, the saucy sticky noodles... we're 100% obsessed.
