Once it's grilled up, chop and then send it for a swim in some Greek yogurt.

Add any herb you like, but cilantro is an absolute boss of the sauce here.

(Unless you're a soap-taster in which case, saaaaad! Maybe sub parsley?)

Pistachios (fun, fancy, crunch!), golden raisins, swirl of olive oil, and some honey.

Mix her up and get her ready to go on: greens, inside a collard wrap, up top an everything bagel, spooned straight up into your mouth.

Salt and pepper to taste.
