This super simple honey butter spread is soft and creamy – perfect on a homemade lemon loaf. Delicious for breakfast or dessert!
- 2 tbs. honey
- 4 tbs. room temperature/soft butter
- 2 tbs. powdered sugar
- Soften butter for 10-15 seconds in the microwave if it’s cold.
- Pour in the honey into a bowl with the butter and stir until smooth. Add powdered sugar and stir until smooth. Add more powdered sugar for a thicker spread.
