Before you dive into your first meal plan, I’d love to give you a quick tour of what you’ll find inside.
Think of this as your “Meal Plan Welcome Packet” – to get you feeling confident, excited, and ready to hit the ground running each week. I’ll go over each section of the meal plan and my weekly flow of how I use these!
What’s Inside The Meal Plans

1. Recipe Cheat Sheet
All the recipes, all on one page! This will give you everything you need in a one-page format.

2. Grocery Lists
One by category (if making all the recipes) and the other by recipe (if only making a few).

3. Prep Steps
Follow these steps to prep ingredients in advance to save time during the week!

4. Full Recipes
If you want the full recipes like you’d see on the blog, you can find each of them at the end of the PDF.
How I Use The Meal Plans
Everyone will have their own way that works for them – this is how this system works best in my own life!
- On Friday: I review the recipe list for the week and order groceries. Personally, I like to print off the grocery list for ordering my groceries. I run through the list and cross off any ingredients that we already have, or any ingredients for recipes that I’ll be skipping.
- On Saturday: Groceries arrive and if I have the energy, I do a little prep from the prep steps (making sauces, prepping veggies, etc.).
- On Sunday: I often start cooking through my recipes on Sunday just because it’s a day that I’m at home and it gets us off to a good start for the week! I like to print page 2 from the PDF that includes shortcut versions of all the recipes. Then I just have that one page in the kitchen to cook from for the week!
