I have always loved brownies, especially the gooey kind that are super fudgy and half-baked. But let’s face it. Sometimes you (or I) end up with a pan of brownies that is just… not that great.
And I’ll spare you the details, but we currently have one such pan of brownies.
Enter Brownie Fudge Trifle! Surrounded by creamy, rich pudding and whipped cream, and topped with my favorite candy pieces, suddenly those 3 day-old brownies taste divinely ooey gooey all over again.

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chocolate fudge instant pudding + 2 cups cold milk
- brownies, cut into cubes
- whipped cream (Reddi Whip or Cool Whip works, too)
- chopped candy
Instructions
- Make the pudding.
- In individual dishes or a trifle dish, layer pudding, brownies, whipped cream, candy, and repeat, ending with whipped cream and candy.
