It’s a video day! ☝️👇
Is it even a secret that this old recipe for Creamy Cauliflower Sauce is one of my favorite recipes of all blogging time?
And I think it’s safe to say it’s a reader favorite as well. Right now that little old post has something like 700 comments, and 150 4- or 5-star recipe reviews, and it closing in on one million repins on Pinterest.
WHAT. We all love creamy cauliflower sauce together and want to have it on everything all day every day forever and ever? Win!
Today I wanted to share with you the VIDEO that we made recently to bring a little new life to the Creamy Cauliflower Sauce recipe! It’s super fun! annnnd it’s me talking and making my own recipe, so maybe it’s weird for me to say it’s fun. It might be fun? Depends on if you’re the sort of person who thinks making a healthier version of Alfredo out of cauliflower can be categorized as FUN. If you are that kind of person, we belong together.
How To Make Our Creamy Cauliflower Sauce (8 MINS):
Noteworthy: if and when you get to the end of the video, you will have the distinct pleasure of discovering Bjork’s Bonus Tip. He recorded that with our video guy after I had left the house so I had no idea what they were up to, and when I saw it for the first time, I was ROFL. 😳 I have never used that abbreviation before this very moment and I’m choosing not to edit myself. The bonus tip this time is so perfectly Bjork.
I will leave you today with a few pictures from the Creamy Cauliflower Sauce recipe post of three years ago, and let’s find a way to work this good stuff into the weekend, shall we? ♡
Creamy Cauliflower Sauce itself!
Followed by Healthy Fettuccine Alfredo…
Followed by Creamy Cauliflower Garlic Rice. Love love love.

I LOVE the bonus tip – hahah that’s totally something my husband would do!
I wanted to ask, how did you get your photo in the video (bottom right) with the subscribe button right next to it? I’d love to do that for my channel as well!
Hey Ashley! I think YouTube made an update recently – I just logged in and published it and all of a sudden the picture was there?! LOL – not super helpful…
Great idea doing a video of this. I’m so happy your creative genius is so popular- the people need to know about your cauliflower sauce! Great bonus tip at the end too 🙂
Congrats on the cauli sauce success! I’m glad it’s such a winner!
xx Sydney
Thanks Sydney! 🙂
Ha – LOVE LOVE your cauli sauce – and LOVE LOVE the add-a-frank bonus tip!
ADD A FRANK! ADD A FRANK! 🙂
Nice touch with the nesting dolls.
Lindsay, you are so charming…I’m looking forward to updates with that television network pitch! Bjork, brilliant tip!
hahaha – thanks Patty! 🙂
I love the sauce so much. Cauliflower (bloemkool) is a top veggie where i live, in the Netherlands, and so many people just boil the heck out of it. UGH. I love serving this to the unsuspecting. No one ever guesses. Everyone always loves.
I am not a big food-blog reader at all, but am a big fan of yours. Hadn’t seen a video until now and I have to say — would you consider tying back or up or something, far from the pans! Do you really cook like that? Yikes.
A big fan, regardless! Diane
That was my first thought too, with the long hair down. I have long hair and my family is always pulling super long hairs out even though i always have it tied back!!
Thanks Diane! Glad you like cauliflower too!
I have to try this , love the sound of healthy creamy sauce for pasta.
Love you blog !
Thanks Laura! Hope you like it!
Lol @Bjork! My boy would do the same thing haha! I am totally trying this with nutritional yeast and coconut oil! Thanks Lindsay!
Love that idea Cady! Enjoy!
I was already planning on making this next week, then saw your awesome video. It’s a sign!! This was great, but honestly, Sage’s enthusiasm made the video! 🙂
Oh my gosh, Sage. We just can’t contain her enthusiasm for everything. 😉
I was thinking as you plated the food that Italian sausage would taste good with it.
I don’t know if I would like Bjork version?–lol.
Great Video!
Yeah – I’d vote Italian sausage over hot dogs!! 🙂
I LOVE cauliflower sauce!! Actually, I’m sure my family’s probably tired of me trying to find new ways to use it. But so versatile…love the video!! The “little old lady” made me laugh, I LOVED Sage’s cameo (I just wanted to pet her and give some love…she is so sweet!), but when I got to Bjork’s bonus tip, I think I died laughing…LOL!!! Thanks for the laughs in addition to the recipe. 🙂 You guys are the best! <3
Thanks Hannah! I have to agree – Sage, the doll, and Bjork MADE this video. 😉
Hi, Lindsay and Bjork. Love the video. I haven’t made this in two years but will as soon as the 100+ degree temps are over. We prefer adding half and half instead of our only NF milk, and adding some cottage cheese.
I couldn’t find the pin it button on the recipe. It’s probably my poor computer skills.
Thanks again for the wonderful blog and recipes.
The best way to pin this recipe would be to go to the original recipe and pin from there. 🙂 This is just a post to show the new video!
You guys are too funny… and that videography is PERFECTION!! Now I just need to figure out how to become your taste-tester because that pasta looks epic.
Thanks! We are always in need of taste-testers… 🙂
cannot get over how adorable you are – i LOVE the videos!!! and bjork’s fancy little cauliflower voice 😉
Right?! He was made for jobs like this.
The add-a-frank bonus tip is not only good for this epic sauce, but for life in general! Love the videos, love your recipes, and LOVE this blog.
Also, Sage is adorable 🙂
Thanks Sydney! We think so too 😀
I absolutely love seeing your blog flourish. Its so exciting! 🙂
Thank you Roslyn! How sweet!
I’ve made the creamy cauliflower garlic rice – sooooooo good! I also added in some mushrooms that I cooked until they were all golden and buttery for a bit of extra protein. Fabulous recipe – will definitely make it again 🙂
I adore you for that mushroom move.
Chicken Alfredo is one of my favorite dishes ever! I will have to give this a try so I won’t feel so guilty after eating so much. Ha! Love Bjork’s little snippet. Maybe he should do a video on what he makes when you’re not home. haha would love to see that!
Oh my gosh, so genius.
I DIED when Bjork’s bonus tip came on!! That is totally something most of the men in our life would do and it was so perfect at the end of this video!
But back to this recipe— it such an easy, healthy, delicious meal! So glad you posted this video to make it even better 🙂
Thanks Liz!! 🙂
Oh my god you’re just too cute Lindsay! Loved this video, great job guys!!
Thanks Marie! 🙂
if Bork will do a bonus tip at the end of every video….I will watch every single one from this point on. The end pieces like a Christmas tree???? Classic
I know. That’s what I told him – he HAS to be at the end of every single one. It’s like bribing people to watch. 🙂
The first time I made this sauce and tasted it, I pretty much danced in the kitchen. And my dancing is horrible. :). This is concentrated magic. I love this sauce!
Concentrated Magic = best description ever.
You guys are hilarious! Bjork’s bonus tip made me literally lol! Totally something my husband would do too. I love that you don’t take yourselves too seriously.
Gotta keep it real! 🙂 Thanks Susan!
Loved your video and the recipe.
Thanks for sharing………
Thanks Puja! Glad you liked it.
Oh my goodness, you and Bjork are so adorable! Love the nesting dolls & bonus tip. Too funny! I made this cauliflower sauce with pasta for dinner tonight and my husband was like, “this sauce is way good babe! What is it?” and I just smiled and said, “cauliflower.” 🙂
Yay! winning.
Awesome! Glad you liked it! 🙂
We LOVE this sauce SO MUCH! I just made it yesterday to use this week and we stuffed the biggest zucchini I’ve ever seen in my life and had friends over to share. EVERYONE said how nicely the sauce tied the stuffing together and made sure to slather a heaping dollop on top.
Great video for a great recipe! Now I have to figure out how to use the rest of our sauce this week. Other than standing over the stove and eating it with tortillas.
Thank you, THANK YOU!
Awesome, Jessica! So glad you enjoyed it. 🙂
