I love this day.
Today I’m sharing with you a “new” recipe that’s not actually new – I made it back in August when I was creating all those creamy cauliflower sauce recipes for the The Creamy Cauliflower Sauce eCookbook.
I love this day because I love this recipe and I love putting it in front of your face and giving you inspiration to try it. This recipe features first and foremost, a few good bell peppers. Crispy, juicy, ready for being loaded with toppings. Can you even try to not like them for one second? I didn’t think so. Probably my favorite vegetable right here. Stunningly red (or yellow or orange! all are welcome) with a sweet crisp and just a little pepper bite.
